Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Custom orders require several days to complete, during the course of processing your order you may receive an email or text from us to clarify your customization.  Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification with tracking information when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Carriers
We use UPS and USPS as our shipping carriers.  All our items are shipped and insured for their full value.  We cannot control what a shipping carrier decides to do with a package once we drop it off at their facility to be shipped.  We can only see the quoted price and time a package is expected to arrive at its' destination.  The vast majority of our packages arrive on the date provided by the shipping carrier, but there are occasions where they are delayed and arrive later than expected.  If a shipping delay does occur, please understand that it is out of our control.  We pride ourselves on supporting our military members overseas and want to continue to ship to FPO addresses as well as Hawaii.  When ordering, please provide ample time for those shipping locations.
